  • Staging Advice: Before your house goes on the market we need to make sure she's looking her best. Staging can be as simple as a decluttering exercise, a bit of paint, or some small tweaks to decor. Staging can also go as far as packing up the house and hiring a staging company. I'll walk through the house and provide you an unbiased opinion on how to get your home ready for sale. If a stager is needed I'll help make the arrangements and work with you to include the cost of staging in my commission, depending on the level of staging required.

  • Professional Photography, Drone, and Video: You only get one chance to make a great first impression. Buyers will first take notice of your house by browsing the MLS and we want the photos to shine. Clean, bright photography will help hook interest and get buyers through the door. More and more buyers are using social media for property searches, and that's where video comes in. Energetic video promotion can draw huge amounts of interest and become great tools to get the word out.

  • Marketing Plan: Getting the word out is my strength. My marketing plan will be tailored to your home. Some of the methods I've successfully used include social media content, both organic and paid posts, open houses, sharing privately amongst exclusive REALTOR® groups, posting the property on REALTOR.ca®, neighbourhood mailers, and virtual tours. Rest assured your property will be seen broadly by buyers and buyer agents.
